Salvation Army

Food Bank

Donations needed: tuna, rice, oatmeal, instant potatoes, spaghetti, elbow macaroni, egg noodles, canned beans, pancake mix & syrup, cereal, bread or produce every day, any hygiene materials

They aren’t using any volunteers and limited staff.

Nobody is allowed in the lobby; call ahead to drop off.

Ashby House

They aren’t in need of anything right now, but would take non-perishables or monetary donations anytime. They aren’t taking any volunteers and only limited staff. Residents are sheltering in place, and are not doing any community service and using shelter electronics. 

Salina Rescue Mission

They are taking volunteers for preparing and serving the evening meals. They aren’t taking out-of-town residents at this time. They are checking residents for fever, cough and breathing problems daily.

United Way      

The Salina Area United Way is focused on homeschooling, tutors, homework sites, people to read to kids or listen to them read online, and neighborhood organizations for teaching children remotely.

Kenwood View Health and Rehabilitation
