Jan. 30, 2019 – Salina Public Library’s Community Learning and Skill Sharing program will begin registration for its spring semester at 9 a.m. Feb. 4 online at www.salina.coursestorm.com and in-person at the McKenzie Center, 308 W. Elm. Friends of the Library are able to sign up a day early from 1-6 p.m. Feb. 3.

New courses this semester include Guided Imagery, Basic Sculptural Welding & Metalworking, and Casual and Simple Comfort Foods. Old favorites, such as Evening Yoga, Basic Soap Making and AARP Smart Driver Program will also be offered. All courses can be found in the spring catalog, which is available at the library, various locations around town and can be found on the library’s website.

The McKenzie Center is open for in-person registrations from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday starting Feb. 4. Registration and payment can be left in the center’s drop box after hours. Registration is also available online with a credit card or by mailing a registration form and payment to CLASS – Salina Public Library, 301 W. Elm, Salina, KS 67401. Participants’ spots in a class will not be held until payment is received. Registration deadlines for each course are listed in the catalog.
