Salina Public Library has just added nearly 30,000 movies and other videos that inspire, educate and entertain, from Kanopy. Free to cardholders, Kanopy’s unique selection offers something for everyone, from award winning indie films to important and timely documentaries, to foreign films, popular cinema, children’s shows and more. Log in with your library card number and enjoy Kanopy’s diverse catalog with new titles added every month.
Here’s how it works:
Up to 20 tickets per month
Your library has generously given you 20 tickets every month.
How do tickets work
Each film can be rented for a certain number of tickets, typically between 2 – 5, once you use those tickets on a film or show, you will be able to watch for a specified number of days.
Kanopy Kids offers unlimited plays in Kanopy’s curated collection for kids with no tickets required.
Tickets reset on the 1st of the month
Once you run out of tickets, you will not be able to play any films until the new month starts when you will be given a fresh quota of 20 tickets.
